How to Refill Your Prescription

Please request all prescription refills through NMHI by contacting your local pharmacy. The pharmacist will contact us directly if there are any questions or if you need authorization for additional refills. Please do not contact NMHI for prescription refills, as we will direct you to request your refills through your pharmacy. 

To assure your prescriptions are filled in plenty of time, please allow for 72 hours advance notice from the time of your request until your prescription can be refilled by your local pharmacist.  To avoid unnecessary delays, we strongly recommend that you request any necessary refills during your office visit.
